As a fully authorized dealer for all of the brands we sell online, any new product you purchase is backed by the Manufacturer’s Warranty. If you have an item that is damaged and you believe it should be covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty, please read this page carefully.
- Manufacturer’s Warranties only cover Manufacturers Defects. If your item is damaged due to misuse, wear and tear or abuse, it will not be covered by Warranty
- The evaluation of the warranty is at the discretion of the Manufacturer

Online Warranty Information
If this is regarding a product you bought new online from our website, contact us via email@example.com. We will respond to all Warranty Evaluation Requests within 2 business days, and will work with the Manufacturer to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Depending on the situation we can issue a full refund, repair or replace the item. This procedure is only for orders placed online.
- In almost all instances, the customer is liable for shipping charges to get the damaged item back to us or the Manufacturer
- For approved warranty claims, We will cover the shipping to return the item to you
