Shipping policy


This policy is applicable to (USA) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policy and producers. By ordering from this store, you accept the policies contained herein.

A. SHIPPING COSTS

We do not charge anything for shipping whether the product is shipped in the USA.
Free shipping.

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

Generally, shipments are in transit for 5-8 days (Monday-Friday). Order handling time is 1-3 days(Monday- Friday). The order cut of time will be 05:00 pm.

C. DELIVERY TERMS

We use the Port Express to deliver the product.

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@bestbicyclestation.com or call us at +1 (520) 789-6376. Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.

F. CANCELLATION

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellation at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order already has been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

G. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the carrier and get in touch with our customer’s service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
